We are looking for a passionate Sommelier who loves sharing their wine expertise to create unforgettable guest experiences. Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager,
this position will contribute to memorable dining experiences through wine service and education.
The Sommelier will bring experience curating wine lists and wine training through exceptional
wine knowledge; provide expert guidance in wine selection; and provide personalized pairings that
compliment varying menu offerings.
Job summary:
We are seeking a skilled sommelier with approximately 7 years of experience in a similar establishment. The ideal candidate will have certification from a recognized sommelier program (e.g., Court of Master Sommeliers), extensive knowledge of wines including regions varietals food pairings along with passion for wine food culture excellent verbal communication skills strong leadership abilities ability manage multiple tasks efficiently inventory management staff training working flexible hours evenings weekends holidays required by business.Job description
