Description

• Set up, adjust, disassemble, and relocate industrial machinery like motors, pumps, fans, conveyors, and furnaces based on layout plans, using basic rigging methods and tools.
• Fine-tune machinery, fix or make new parts as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and lubricating machinery.
• Inspect equipment for any issues, report problems, and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Utilize manufacturing software to plan and manage work orders and track maintenance history using computer systems.
• Collaborate with teams to analyze equipment breakdowns and identify causes.
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Additional related duties as needed.

• Valid Industrial Millwright License (433A) preferred
• Understanding and adherence to Health and Safety regulations, policies, and procedures with a proactive approach to health and safety.
• Proficiency in mechanical tasks.
• Advanced skills in troubleshooting and resolving problems.
• Experience or knowledge of PLCs is advantageous.
• Positive mindset with excellent teamwork abilities.
• Effective communication skills with different departments.
• Willing to render over-time if needed.
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Able to report to a rotating continental shift
