Position Summary


Security DevOps mandate is to improve efficiency in the development and deployment of IT security tools across the enterprise using agile methodology.

Identify, prioritize, and communicate vulnerabilities across all assets in the enterprise. Develop documentation as needed and increase automation throughout the team to minimize manual processes


What you'll do

  • Work with various stakeholders to ensure vulnerabilities are triaged and remediated
  • Develop visualizations to provide metrics related to vulnerability management
  • Actively participate with team members to analyse vulnerabilities, develop intelligence products
  • Participate in a range of security assessment activities
  • Research and keep up to date emerging vulnerabilities, threats, techniques and tools
  • Develop scripts and other automation capabilities to facilitate vulnerability management processes.

What you've done

  • General knowledge of Security Tools, antivirus, networking basics, Windows, Linux and AIX platforms
  • General computer troubleshooting knowledge
  • Knowledge of desktop software products and configuration (Windows7, Lotus Notes, Outlook)
  • Familiar with a computer operations environment
  • Proven ability to learn quickly when faced with new problems
  • Ability to use logic and various methods to solve complex problems with effective solutions.
  • Proven ability to use time effectively AND efficiently.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service and troubleshooting skills in a technical environment
  • Able to work in a team oriented environment
  • Ability to use Python is considered a strong asset.
  • Experience with security monitoring tools
