Description
Able to multitask, answer phone, talk to customers, record orders, and take messages while switching between other internal tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Business Administration or Management degree, agricultural knowledge would be considered an asset. 3+ years experience in accounting knowledge of AccountEdge or proficient in Quickbooks would be required.


Must demonstrate accuracy while paying A/P and receiving A/R, a variety of spreadsheet data entry, reconciliation of accounts, review invoice/expense reports and produce reports for payment processing.

Assist with preparation for any external audits or independent reviews being conducted. A/R, A/P and credit card accounts would be mandatory to this position with accuracy. Correcting errors and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate bookkeeping practices.

Proficient skill to utilizing Microsoft Office software, with a focus on Excel and Word is required to Enter and update information into relevant databases.

Gathering invoices, statements, reports, personal details, documents and information from management, other departments and clients, filing, hardcopy and electronic transactions.

Handling additional duties from time to time.

Significant time will be spent accepting and processing customer orders and following through the process of order, processing, delivery details, and invoicing and follow up.
