The purpose of the role is to help develop, consolidate, and deliver the materials, tools and processes that the Wealth Distribution organization needs to be successful in growing our market share.


What will you do?

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for the Wealth Sales Distribution channel for business partner led projects, highlighting/escalating any concerns, issues, or barriers to implementation.
  • Partner with sales leadership and appropriate teams on the development and execution of strong and innovative activation plans (including training, lead generation opportunities, content curation, and communications) for both the Wealth Sales Director (WSD) & Wealth Sales Representative (WSR) sales teams with success metrics that can be captured and measured through Salesforce activity or communication tools.
  • Develop and manage communication strategy for initiatives to allow key information to be shared both internally and externally in efficient and effective manner. Subject matter expertise for corporate and leadership level communications that impact/affect the Wealth Sales Distribution channel. Understand and incorporate different communication mediums (webinar, conference call,) to meet the needs of the intended audience.
  • Partner with distribution to create & recommend campaigns to capitalize on market trends.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the sales team's experience with initiative activation and change management. Partner with appropriate leaders and internal business partners to execute solutions.
  • Be curious and proactive, always seeking new and improved ways to support and enable the sales team to be successful.
  • Support other team projects and initiatives as required.

What do you need to succeed?

  • University degree and/or minimum of 7 years of experience in the investment industry
  • Knowledge of mutual fund industry and asset management
  • Demonstrated analytical, facilitation and change management skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Seismic, Tableau
  • Takes ownership and initiative for achieving results in dynamic, fastpaced environment
  • Driven individual that can work independently but also as a team member
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills (including persuasive presentation skills) at all levels with clarity
  • Communicate proactively, openly, and directly with various stakeholders to provide insight, recommend actions to support change and/or to remove work barriers
  • Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines in fastpaced environment
  • Build and maintain strong collaborating relationships across the organization at all levels
  • Comfortable with Office suite, with strong Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Innovative, willing to challenge the status quo, outside the box approach
  • Continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Skills:

years of sales experience an asset

  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or other industry related courses are an asset
