Description

Canada Windows and Doors is a custom manufacturer of windows & doors, servicing home owners, renovators and builders throughout Ontario for over 30 years.

We manufacturer a complete line of custom PVC windows as well as an extensive selection of custom entry door systems in steel and fiberglass.

We have a strong presence and we are looking for a team member that can work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change quickly and willing to grow personally and professionally.

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements
Bank and credit card reconciliations
Collecting payment from customers
Bank and credit card reconciliations on QuickBooks online
Accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and process expense reports
Assist with year-end closing
Any and all other finance-related duties as required
Maintain and organize bills, receipts, invoices in Accpac and Oracle
Speak with Accountant to ensure all tax, legal and shareholder requirements are completed as needed.
Update budgets for monthly expenditures

Requirements:

Minimum education required:
College degree in accounting/finance
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in General Accounting/bookkeeper preferred
Familiarity with Accpac and Oracle
2 years' experience performing Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel skills
Working knowledge of Accpac and Oracle

Skills:
Fast, accurate data entry skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$16.00-$20.00 per hour
