About Us


Steamworks is currently looking to add a self-motivated team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team as a Production Team Lead.

This is a full-time position at our Brewery facility located in Burnaby, work from 4pm-12am.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead production team
  • Setup, takedown and run bottle, can, & keg production lines
  • Troubleshoot machines and provide preventative maintenance as required
  • Coordinate production with various departments
  • Assist the Production Manager & Supervisor with implementing changes to machinery and equipment when needed
  • Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials throughout the warehouse
  • Other general warehouse duties
  • Train and mentor new staff members
  • Assist in maintaining the safety of the work environment
  • Maintain a clean work environment
  • Clean and sanitize

Qualifications:


  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Previous brewery experience
  • Ability to lift up to 80lbs
  • Forklift experience (an asset)
  • Ability to drive a 5 ton truck (an asset)
  • Passion for craft beer
  • Work well with others
  • Positive attitude
  • Physical ability to drag pallets, climb stairs, and lift equipment
