    Tasks:


    • Identify current and potential staffing needs
    • Create and post notices and advertisements
    • Screen and assess candidates
    • Inform job seekers about job requirements and employment terms
    • Review candidate pools
    • Reach out to potential candidates to schedule interviews
    • Update applicants on selection outcomes and prepare job offers
    • Guide managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
    • Determine entitlement eligibility and organize staff training

    Computer and Technology Knowledge:


    Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word

    Transportation/Travel Information:


    Own transport required

    Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:


    Ability to work under pressure, Attention to detail

    Personal Suitability:


    Accurate, Strong interpersonal skills, Excellent verbal and written communication, Organized
