Currently seeking to add a
Water & Sewer Foreman to our team.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Coordinate, schedule and manage a crew of anywhere from 614 employees successfully
- Develop sitespecific work plans while sustaining project schedule through pre planning of personnel, timely coordination of equipment and materials
- Installation / and or Repairs of waterlines, sewer, storm and catch basins
- Testing of water lines; pressure, chlorine, bacteria
- Ensure pipe is installed and embedded properly and on grade using proper practices and materials required monitor, control and adjust as necessary
- Inspection of pipe, materials and tools prior to all usage
- Train, mentor and coach crew personnel with technical aspects, as well as competency
- Lead daily safety meetings with crew
- Maintain cleanliness in working areas
- Understand and follow direction from supervisor
- Compliance with all safety and quality requirements in accordance with contract documents, legislation and company policies
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a water and sewer foreman
- Experience of installation of sewer and storm systems for subdivisions, municipal infrastructure, rehabilitation work and well as new installations
- Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities
- Extensive knowledge of machine operations and maintenance
- Ability to read and understand contract drawings and grades
- High attention to detail and problem solving
- Physically capable
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with diverse weather and ground conditions
- Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
- Able to work overtime, evenings and weekends
