Water & Sewer Foreman to our team.

Site Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinate, schedule and manage a crew of anywhere from 614 employees successfully
Develop sitespecific work plans while sustaining project schedule through pre planning of personnel, timely coordination of equipment and materials
Installation / and or Repairs of waterlines, sewer, storm and catch basins

- as per specifications

Testing of water lines; pressure, chlorine, bacteria
Ensure pipe is installed and embedded properly and on grade using proper practices and materials required monitor, control and adjust as necessary
Inspection of pipe, materials and tools prior to all usage
Train, mentor and coach crew personnel with technical aspects, as well as competency
Lead daily safety meetings with crew
Maintain cleanliness in working areas
Understand and follow direction from supervisor
Compliance with all safety and quality requirements in accordance with contract documents, legislation and company policies

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a water and sewer foreman
Experience of installation of sewer and storm systems for subdivisions, municipal infrastructure, rehabilitation work and well as new installations
Experience with utility locates and working around existing utilities
Extensive knowledge of machine operations and maintenance
Ability to read and understand contract drawings and grades
High attention to detail and problem solving
Physically capable
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with diverse weather and ground conditions
Valid class 5 driver's license with clean abstract
Able to work overtime, evenings and weekends
