Description
Requirements- HAARP certification
- Preference will be given to Certified Dental Assistant Level 2
Duties:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments
- Take dental xrays
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and postoperative care
- Perform basic laboratory tasks such as pouring impressions and making temporary crowns
- Manage patient records
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures including restorations, root canals, dentures and regular checkups
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a dental assistant preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures
- Proficiency in Abeldent or similar dental practice management software
Job Types:
Part-time, Full-time
Salary:
$22.00-$27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred)
