We are looking for Servers to join our team
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Attend to customers upon entrance
- Present restaurant menus and help customer select food/beverages
- Take and serve orders input all customer requests accurately through the POS system
- Answer questions or make recommendations for products we offer
- Communicate with other restaurant servers, kitchen and bar staff
- Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Issue bills accurately and accept payment split bills are allowed
- Ensure server station is always stocked and if any orders need to happen, they are communicated to the Support Manager
- Keep work area clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing storage areas, and emptying the garbage
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience in an elevated fine dining Restaurant is an asset
- Smart Serve required comply with all regulations
- Hands on experience in cashier duties
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- Patience and customeroriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Able to walk or stand for nearly the whole shift and carry up to 20KG
- Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
