Virgil Animal Hospital has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Care Representative to join our team.We pride ourselves on not only providing exceptional patient care, but also on fostering an open, supportive and positive work environment.
We are looking for a friendly, empathetic, outgoing, and hard working individual who is detail-oriented and thrives in a busy environment with a passion for helping clients and their pets.
The position involves utilizing efficient communication skills to establish positive connections with clients and their pets in the reception area, along with answering phones and scheduling appointments.
Additional responsibilities may also include performing lab work and assisting veterinarians and technicians in the treatment area.Preferred Experience includes:
- Veterinary clinic (1 year preferred)
- Reception (1 year preferred)
- Idexx Cornerstone software
Pay:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours:
per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
