Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose installation and hardware configuration issues
  • Provide installation training remotely via a learning management system (LMS) or directly at client sites
  • Perform installation demos with clients or service provider partners
  • Track and monitor client and partner installations to ensure compliance.
  • Participate in developing/improving departmental processes
  • Validate the quality of installations and followup with our customers.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the installation experience with the R&D team
  • Provide ad hoc support and training to the technical support team
  • Provide ad hoc support to authorized installation partners
  • Prepare installation quotes

Qualifications:


  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communicator
  • At least 23 years' experience in technical support
  • English and French spoken and written
  • Valid passport and driver's license
  • DEP in electromechanics or electronics or experience as an electronics / installation technician

Assets

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, communication systems and vehicle sensors
  • Knowledge of telemetry and telematics systems
  • Experience in the hightech, transportation, automotive electronic systems, electronics and/or telemetry industry.
