Job Description:

Are you passionate about travel and helping others explore the world? Cathy is looking for dynamic individuals to join our team as Travel Online Assistants.

This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home while helping travellers plan their dream vacations.

Responsibilities:


Customer Assistance:
Provide excellent customer service by assisting travellers with inquiries, bookings, and travel-related information through online channels.

Booking Coordination:
Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements according to customer preferences.

Training:
Participate in comprehensive training sessions to become familiar with our booking systems, travel policies, and customer service standards.

Problem Resolution:
Handle customer concerns and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive and seamless travel experience.

Stay Informed:
Stay up-to-date on travel trends, destination information, and industry updates to better assist customers.


Qualifications:
No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
