Description

Assist with the installation, assembly, and restoration of various structures and fixtures

• Measure, cut, and shape materials according to specifications
• Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks
• Assist with concrete forming and pouring
• Install siding, cabinets, and other carpentry components
• Perform caulking and sealing as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction

• Previous experience or training in carpentry required.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools and equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of drywall installation techniques is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
• Wages dependent upon experience

Salary:
$30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Duncan, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

- carpentry: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
