CMI Concierge and Security Inc. is Metro Vancouver's premier concierge service for condominium residences.

We are looking for
a Full-time Concierge for a residential condominium in Coquitlam, close to the skytrain.
(Weekends availability is a must)

Shifts:
Thursday to Sunday 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm

Job description
The Full-time Concierge/security guard is the first contact for building customers: owners, residents, visitors, and trades. As Concierge you serve customers and help maintain the security of the building.

Main responsibilities

Establish and maintain confidential communication with residents and property management.
Facilitate moves, packages, and amenities reservations.
Conduct patrols, monitor security cameras and building access, ensure compliance with building bylaws.

Requirements:

Customer service experience
Previous concierge experience is an asset
