Responsibilities:


  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Utilize Bluebeam software for reviewing and editing construction documents.
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
  • Use Adobe Pro to edit and format documents as needed.
  • Provide support to team members as required

Requirements:


  • Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
8 Hours Shifts, Monday-Friday at our office in Acheson.


Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
