Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Utilize Bluebeam software for reviewing and editing construction documents.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel
- Use Adobe Pro to edit and format documents as needed.
- Provide support to team members as required
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and Adobe Pro.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Pay:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
