Job description
We need an experienced e-commerce paid ads specialist to perform a deep audit of our paid media setup and provide a clear restructuring plan.
Current Problems- Purchases and ATC are not matching Shopify data (ad dashboards look inflated)
- CPA is too high
- Our in-house team has not been able to fix this
- Ads performed well initially, but results dropped significantly over the last 2 months
We need someone who can:
- Do an extensive audit of our full paid media setup (Meta + Google)
- Identify tracking issues / attribution loopholes causing inflated numbers
- Diagnose the real reasons behind high CPA
- Provide a clear restructuring blueprint for campaigns, tracking, and optimization
- Educate our in-house team on how to optimize properly going forward
- Audit Report (what's broken, what's causing inefficiency, what needs fixing first)
- Root Cause Analysis for tracking mismatch + CPA issues
- Restructure Blueprint (campaign architecture, tracking fixes, optimization workflow)
- Team Guidance / SOP-style recommendations for future optimization
- Priority action plan for the next 14–30 days
This is urgent.
You must be able to deliver the full audit within 4 days max.
Must-Have Experience
- Proven e-commerce paid media audits (Meta + Google)
- Strong understanding of Shopify attribution vs ad platform attribution
- Hands-on expertise with Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM, event mapping
- Ability to explain findings clearly to an internal team (not just technical jargon)
- Share 2 relevant e-commerce audit case studies (with numbers/results)
- Explain how you investigate Shopify vs Ads dashboard mismatch
- What are your first 10 checks when CPA is high and results suddenly drop?
- Confirm you can deliver a complete audit in 4 days
- Share your audit format (doc/slides/Loom)
