JOB SUMMARY:


The Partner Program Manager supports their designated market segment leadership in driving the success of Higher Logic's technology and referral partner program.

The primary responsibility is to grow referral partner revenue and build a partner network to support the company's Go-to-Market strategy.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:


  • Work with designated market leadership to develop and execute partner program strategy that aligns with GotoMarket strategy.
  • Acquire new referral and technology partners.
  • Set up and maintain training and enablement infrastructure for existing partners.
  • Nurture partner relationships with a regular meeting cadence.
  • Manage internal communications with the product, customer experience, sales & marketing departments to ensure alignment and understanding of the latest partner processes.
  • Conduct all business in accordance with Higher Logic policies and procedures.
  • All other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • High energy and contagious enthusiasm. Willing to take on the tough projects and challenges to support growth of the business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience or ability to thrive in clientfacing roles.
  • Desire to become an advocate of the Higher Logic brand.
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate knowledge of Higher Logic's software and the value our software delivers to customers.
  • Ability to coordinate crossfunctional projects throughout an organization.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to wear many hats to accomplish goals.
  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience.
