Administrative Assistant - Montréal, Canada - WeCare Cleaning
Description
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll be a crucial part of the team and have the opportunity to work with senior managers on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior managers
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence and maintain filing systems
- Manage expense reports and data entry
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate office procedures and provide information to inquiries
- Arrange conference calls and meetings, as needed
- Manage reception duties, when required
- Take accurate minutes of meetings and resolve administrative problems
Requirements:
- 23 years of administrative experience
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

$40,540.00-$60,000.00 per year
