Description

We are a rapidly growing, fast pace HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Service company in Port Coquitlam who are looking for a full-time or part-time bookkeper.

The ideal canditate would have a minimum 2 year experience in Quickbooks Online and extensive bookkeeping knowledge. This person must be detail-oriented and eager to learn.

They also need to be extremely accurate and efficient, as well as very proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

This position includes customer communication and correspondence so excellent written and verbal communication is required.


Bookkeeping tasks include:

  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Accounts payables and accounts receivables
  • Payroll processing
  • Compliance filing: GST, PST, Payroll remittances, ROE's, and Worksafe BC
  • Providing reports to customers when required
This position is full-time, however it could be part-time based on the individual and how efficient they are.

Benefits are included after the 3 month probation period for full-time role.

There are 2 weeks holidays to start.
