- Assist all crew members on-site by performing a variety of duties
- Able to read a tape measure
- Behave in a manner that ensures the safety of themselves, their co-workers, and others on the worksites
- Assist operator chaining down equipment
- Minimum 1-year experience either in the grading or earthworks industry
- Active Construction Safety Training System (CSTS2020) Certification
- Self-motivating and able to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
- Understand and follow verbal and written directions.
- Strong work ethic with demonstrated dedication and reliability
- Must have own transportation
- Must be able to work long hours and weekends
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
