RESTAURANT MANAGER / ASSISTANT SOMMELIER
Job Description:
- Daily service involvement as a sommelier / manager focused on providing wine pairings, general wine advice and interactive and engaging client interaction
- Supervising the restaurant team, monitoring and controlling labour costs, coordinating and executing group/private events in the space.
- Participate in the constant improvement of FOH operations

- Participation in tasting and purchasing wines
- Inventory and receiving of wines
- Processing of invoices and liaison work with the LDB
- The target work week for this position is 5055hrs
- University or College Diploma preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- This position requires evenings and weekend shifts and will oversea the beverage program and service for Brunch
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 20kg
