    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of quality and service, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversight of all restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
    • Leadership and coaching of both full-time and part-time staff, including training, performance management, and employee development.
    • Development and implementation of effective strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
    • Maintenance of accurate records, reports, and data to inform decision-making and ensure compliance with regulations.
    • Communication with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Collaboration with the regional director to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Promoting a positive work environment and fostering a culture of teamwork and respect.
    • Ensuring the highest level of food safety and sanitation standards.
    • Budgeting and cost control to maintain profitability.

    Requirements:

    • Previous supervisory experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant setting.
    • Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certification.
    • Smart Serve Certification.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
    • Able to remain physically active and busy throughout shifts.
    • Lift items up to 30lbs.
