- Personal Support Workers provide assistance with bathing, toileting, skincare, meal preparation, feeding and other essential tasks within personal residences or facilities.
- They continually assess patient needs, identify new requirements and communicate available resources effectively.
- Workers perform assigned tasks under the supervision of a Home Support Supervisor while maintaining open communication channels
- Daily travel between patients' residences or facilities is required as part of job duties
- A minimum qualification requirement includes one of the following:
