Corporate security is looking for a highly motivated & result oriented Business Analyst to join the Information Security PMO team.
Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Analysis - Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

Reporting - Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Communication - comfortable collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Organization - Manage requirements and other documentation to ensure they are stored in a common repository. Ability to prioritize recommendations based on implementation complexity and business impact
Essential skills/competencies
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree is preferred
- At Least 2 years experience in Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Knowledge of information security regulations and practices
- Solid oral and written communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing numerous small initiatives in a fastpaced environment while skillfully managing risks and issues without escalations
- Be highly selfmotivated with proactive & creative approach to problem solving
- Excellent negotiating, decision making, organization skills
- High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)
