Corporate security is looking for a highly motivated & result oriented Business Analyst to join the Information Security PMO team.

The individual would assume various responsibilities including documenting security processes, identifying security requirements and follow up implementation of solutions in order to enhance the information security posture

Job Duties/ Responsibilities

Analysis - Analyzes complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge.

Reporting - Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.

Communication - comfortable collaborating and communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Organization - Manage requirements and other documentation to ensure they are stored in a common repository. Ability to prioritize recommendations based on implementation complexity and business impact

Essential skills/competencies

BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field. Advanced degree is preferred
At Least 2 years experience in Business Analyst in an IT environment
Knowledge of information security regulations and practices
Solid oral and written communication, and presentation skills
Proven track record of successfully managing numerous small initiatives in a fastpaced environment while skillfully managing risks and issues without escalations
Be highly selfmotivated with proactive & creative approach to problem solving
Excellent negotiating, decision making, organization skills
High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
