Description
Duties:
- Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, bookkeeping
- Organized and maintained monthly billing, payroll, including creating spreadsheets in excel and data entry for accounts receivable using Sage 50, Quickbooks
- Administrative duties; answering multi line phone system, customer/client service, filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning
Qualifications:
- 02 years of relevant, handson accounting experience
- Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently on assigned duties
- Vietnamese Speaking requested
Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op
Salary:
$38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
