Description

Duties:

  • Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, bookkeeping
  • Organized and maintained monthly billing, payroll, including creating spreadsheets in excel and data entry for accounts receivable using Sage 50, Quickbooks
  • Administrative duties; answering multi line phone system, customer/client service, filing, photocopying, faxing and scanning

Qualifications:

  • 02 years of relevant, handson accounting experience
  • Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Vietnamese and English)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
  • Vietnamese Speaking requested

Job Types:
Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Freelance, Internship / Co-op


Salary:
$38,000.00-$48,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
