Reception/administrative Assistant - Lloydminster, Canada - Meridian Surveys
Description
Meridian Surveys is a leading survey firm with offices in major centres in Saskatchewan and Alberta. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Lloydminster Office.Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering phones in a courteous manner
- Customer Service
- Correspondence with clients
- File management
- Filing
- Creating spreadsheets
- Invoice creation and cost tracking
- Data entry
- Taking credit card information over the phone
30-40 hours/ week.
Monday through Friday.

Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
