Description
Meridian Surveys is a leading survey firm with offices in major centres in Saskatchewan and Alberta. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Lloydminster Office.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones in a courteous manner
  • Customer Service
  • Correspondence with clients
  • File management
  • Filing
  • Creating spreadsheets
  • Invoice creation and cost tracking
  • Data entry
  • Taking credit card information over the phone
Knowledge of Land Surveying, certificate or degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) will be considered assets

30-40 hours/ week.

Monday through Friday.

Only those with a valid Canadian work permit will be considered.

Part-time

Part-time hours: 24-30 per week


Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
