Job summary
We are seeking a senior-level technical writer and compliance-focused editor to urgently finalize review and professionally format our Employee Handbook for Florida-based private security company.
Responsibilities
- Review entire handbook for internal inconsistencies gaps conflicting language refine policy language with applicable standards OSHA guidelines FDACS requirements Florida labor employment law best practices.
- Improve clarity enforceability professionalism of policy language remove ambiguity redundancy unclear wording ensure consistent corporate executive-level tone throughout document standardize terminology headings structure across all sections.
