- collaborate with a talented inter-disciplinary team - including OTs, PTs, and Audiologists - to provide pediatric Speech-Language Pathology outpatient and community-based services, including working closely with nearby daycares and nursery schools
- utilize a social-emotional, neuro-developmental, and play-based focused program to provide a client/family-centered approach to care
- work in partnership with other staff to provide feeding and swallowing services for children and youth
- anticipate working in a new Children and Youth rehabilitation space, with a new hospital slated for opening in 2025
- Previous experience in the field of Speech-Language Pathology preferred
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited post-secondary institution
- Active registration with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba
- Eligibility for membership in Speech-Language and Audiology Canada
- Skilled ability in the assessment, identification, and treatment of clients of varying ages and with diverse diagnoses
- Strong organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and verbal
- Must be in good physical and mental health and be able to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time without resting.

Position Overview:
Reporting to the Client Services Manager – Rehabilitation Services, the Speech‐Language Pathologist will operate with a high degree of independence as a member of a multidisciplinary regional rehabilitation team. The incumbent will participate in the planning, delivery and evaluation of rehabilitation services, using a client centered, goal orientated approach for children and/or adult populations.
