You'll play a key role in shaping inclusive work environments and driving transformational change across divisions.

This is a Full‑time, Permanent role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Director, People Consulting. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on‑site for events and business demands.

    How You'll Make an Impact:

    • Partnering with IT Services leadership to design and lead strategic people plans and competency roadmaps
    • Leveraging data and analytics to inform short‑ and long‑term strategies that enhance employee experience
    • Supporting organizational design and processes that enable agility, innovation, and creativity
    • Collaborating with Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Reconciliation experts to foster inclusive environments
    • Managing change initiatives for organizational restructures and partnering on cross‑divisional projects
    • Working with centers of excellence on program design to support enterprise‑wide deliverables
    • Coordinating with Financial Planning & Analysis on annual position planning and budget maintenance
    • Mentoring consultant talent and providing exposure to key initiatives
    • Ensuring timely communication and collaboration across Equity and People teams for successful implementation

What You'll Bring to the Team:

    • Strategic Partner – You align HR strategies with business goals to deliver impactful outcomes
    • Empathetic Communicator – You build trust through exceptional listening and communication skills
    • Innovative Problem Solver – You identify challenges and develop creative solutions for complex issues
    • Inclusive Leader – You champion diversity and remove barriers to help talent thrive

We value lived experience, so if you are interested in this role, we encourage you to apply even if you feel your skills don't perfectly align with those listed.

    What You'll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $102,200 to $153,200 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
