    Job Role

    We are seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position working in a Foundation Special School supporting students with autism, severe learning disabilities and social-emotional difficulties.

    The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEND, particularly those on the autism spectrum and emotionally/learning difficult individuals. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential.

    • Provide 1:1 and group support to students with complex needs;
    • Collaborate with teachers to implement individualised education plans (IEPs);
