Job Summary:


As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist for our translation services company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating translation requests, and accurately entering data into our database.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist clients with inquiries related to translation services, including requesting quotes, placing orders, and providing status updates on projects.
  • Enter project details accurately into the company's database, including client information, project specifications, and linguist assignments.
  • Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$22.60-$26.15 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
