Job Summary:
As a Call Center Agent / Data Entry specialist for our translation services company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating translation requests, and accurately entering data into our database.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries related to translation services, including requesting quotes, placing orders, and providing status updates on projects.
- Enter project details accurately into the company's database, including client information, project specifications, and linguist assignments.
- Resolve client complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
$22.60-$26.15 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
