    Description

    As the Team Lead - Solution Delivery - Direct to Consumer you will play a pivotal role in delivering to market a variety of initiatives to fuel our Digital Retail D2C (direct to consumer) and Omnichannel Experience strategy. You will partner with multiple teams: Digital, Product Design, Marketing, Dealerships, SAP implementation, as well as other partner teams across the BRP ecosystem to launch memorable experiences and help the organization achieve its transformation and market growth objectives.

    You will play a leadership role in shaping our transformation effort by collaborating cross-functionally to build our direct to consumer retail practice. You will guide a team of business analysts and product owners through document feature and design requirements for our digital and IT teams and by planning the execution of our Direct to Consumer transformation program.

    You are a strategic/analytical thinker who can link assignments to the bigger picture and the team's primary retail transformation specialist. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with all levels of management to gain an in-depth understanding of our strategy and services and thrives when working through ambiguity.

    YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

    • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of business analysts, consultants, QA analysts, project managers and product owners.
    • Lead business requirement gathering, process and solution design with internal and external partners, including but not limited to customers, product owners, market research firms, business stakeholders and other sources to inform the design of retail D2C solutions.
    • Play a leading role in the definition of business case assumptions and implementation budgets for all initiatives in the D2C portfolio by defining the implementation roadmap, resources, suppliers and the associated cost to build the corresponding budget.
    • Assume the role of subject matter expert or stakeholder for core Direct to Consumer solutions (such as the distributed order management, payment and fraud validation, financial, tax solutions, ecommerce solutions, etc.).
    • Work within a product development team as needed using an agile methodology to help define solution scope, objectives, business functionality, solution integration requirements and performance metrics.

    YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

    • A bachelor's degree in business/commerce, computer science or another pertinent field.
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail, digital or enterprise transformation role.
    • A minimum of 10 years of experience implementing omnichannel solutions (order management, ecommerce, payment, point-of-sale, warehouse management, logistics, customer service, communication).
    • Powerful storytelling and presentation design skills in English and French are a must.
