    This is a field-based position with opportunities to work outdoors, travel across the railways and grow your career in a supportive team environment. The role requires no prior rail experience.

    In this hands-on physically demanding job, you will have the opportunity to develop practical in-demand skills while working safely and efficiently. The company provides full training for motivated individuals with a background in mechanical electrical hydraulic or heavy equipment operation.

    • Operate and maintain specialized rail maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Perform hands-on mechanical electrical and hydraulic maintenance including inspections troubleshooting and repairs.

    • Your physical demands must include climbing ladders stepping up multiple times daily lifting tools weighing over 75 lbs performing extensive walking on uneven terrain.
