Description
As a supply RECE or ECA, you will be covering shifts for childcare centres' permanent teachers during their absences.

You must be self-motivated, flexible and adaptable to the different routines unique to each program within the Child care center.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and healthy environment for the children in your care.
  • Actively participate in programs while promoting and enhancing early learning opportunities.
  • Assist in organizing, sanitizing and general housekeeping duties in the classroom.
  • Engage and build relationships with the children, other classroom staff and families.
  • Follow routines and procedures as outlined by the childcare centre.
Shifts are Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm.

Part-time to Full-time hours available

Age Groups -Preschool, Kindergarten and School Age


Qualifications
For ECA - ECA Diploma an asset

Standard First Aid/CPR Level C Certification

Current Immunization Records

Tuberculin Test (within 6 months)

Vulnerable Sector Police Criminal Check
