The
Electrical Faciliator/ Team Lead leads are hourly employees that work alongside with a team of Electrical/Mechanical Technicians/Assemblers and provide team guidance while ensuring that production goals and outputs are met, a safe work environment is maintained and that the team adheres to Quality standards and principles.

This position is approx 60-80% hands-on.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with and Lead a team of Production employees to complete work on time, within budget, with high quality standards
Experience in reading wiring schematics/diagrams and mechanical blueprints
Perform electrical wiring techniques (stripping, terminating, crimping)
Ensures that ISO 9001 quality system requirements are met, prepare and maintain work procedures and instruction
Approximately 6080% of time will be spent performing assembly requirements associated with area job description, and the remaining time spent identifying/resolving project issues
Provide supervisors with feedback of team performance with respect to EHS, Quality and Compliance

- responsible for assessing and "ordering" needed consumables (conduit, wire fittings etc )

Identify Production issues and track to full resolution and closure.
Actively reviews, updates and improves production processes and related ISO documentation
Provide leadership in the Plantwide EHS program and be a H&S Framework owner
Knowledgeable of SAP

Requirements:

Electrician license
Experience with PLCs and robotics systems
Must be mechanically inclined and have demonstrated knowledge/ability to read/ interpret schematics/ blueprints
5+ years of directly related on the job experience
Team Leadership experience
Position, install, and secure all subcomponents into various pieces of equipment as per appropriate drawings
Operate a wide variety of machinery as part of the manufacturing processes
Fabricate, assemble and hydrotest PVC, PP, and PVDF pipe spools

Salary:
$30.00 per hour
