- For the System Administration position, you will need to: _
- Adapt quickly to support systems in diverse environments and industries.
- Understand, configure, optimize and troubleshoot systems such as: MFA, SSO, EDR, MDR, SIEM, SASE, Application Allowlisting, Zero Trust Environments, Firewalls, Switches, Aps, Virtual and Cloud infrastructure, Network & Domain Monitoring, RMM, M365, GWS, Azure, Backup, Servers, Workstations, Mobile. All things cyber & networked.
- Work directly with client systems to maintain and support them; BOTH onsite and remotely.
- Follow up and document with a high attention to detail you need to be awesome at them all.
- Come with a minimum of 35 years' experience in the IT & Cyber Technology industry; preference given to those who have worked for an MSP or MSSP.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle with the ability to travel independently within southern Ontario.
- Work both from our office and client sites, Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. However, like any position in IT, some evening and weekend work is required(Please note this is NOT a remote position)
- Be willing to assist with the implementation of projects, as needed.
