About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Maintenance and Operations, the Controls Technician performs a variety of skilled tasks required for the maintenance, upgrading and renovations of HVAC systems and equipment within the central zone hospitals.

About You:

We would love to hear from you if you have the following:

Certified Journeyperson or a graduate of an Industrial Instrumentation, Mechanical or Electrical Technology course.
Access to reliable transportation is required
Journeyperson Electrician with controls experience would also be considered.
Four years' experience in HVAC Control preferred.
Knowledge of air balancing techniques and methods is required.
Commercial and/or Industrial Controls experience.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience of all HVAC systems and pneumatic and electronic control systems, devices and programming.
Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours:

Permanent, fulltime position; 75 hours biweekly

Compensation and Incentives:

$ $32.49 Hourly

This position is currently eligible for a Market Adjustment of approximately $170.62 biweekly. Eligibility for a Market Adjustment is reviewed periodically.
