  • Daily management of our inhouse service schedule
  • Manage efficient geological delivery of service calls
  • Assist customers with questions, problems, and general information
  • Investigate and solve site issues
  • Maintaining relationships with site supervisors on active projects
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Defer client inquiries to appropriate members of the CSR Team
  • Communicate brand identity and corporate position
  • Update departmental tracking sheets with accurate messages and data

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as a customer service coordinator
  • Experience in the Stone Industry is a huge asset
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like computers, phones, printers, and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, and Excel in particular) is a must.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • North York, ON M9L 1X9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
