What You'll Be Doing

How You'll Succeed

  • Data Management
  • Provide data governance expertise and execute data governance activities. Be knowledgeable of data management practices and procedures within own area of responsibility and keep abreast of emerging trends for own functional area. Assist and help drive the automation of the Data management practices including metadata, data lineage, authoritative sources, data usage, data quality rules, etc.


  • Reporting

  • Support the production of Commercial Banking's Client reporting by completing the monthend and yearend processes required. Maintain comprehensive process documentation including month end, year end, and financial reconciliation to ensure that appropriate internal data integrity controls are in place. Develop and recommend solutions that enhance usability and integrity of client reporting through participation in data analysis, projects, and ongoing communication with Commercial Banking stakeholders. Support and complete ad hoc analysis and report requests as required.
Who You Are

  • You have experience in Business and/or Commercial Banking is a strong asset.
  • You have solid knowledge of data governance/data management practices, enterprise data policy, standards & strategy.
  • You have strong business acumen and the ability to pick up complex technical concepts easily.
  • You have strong time management skills. You have the ability to plan, coordinate and execute a number of tasks in a concurrent manner while achieving timely conclusion.
  • You are selfmotivated, with the ability to operate independently.
  • You are client focused, with both internal and external clients.
  • You have strong communication skills. You have good interpersonal and teaming skills sufficient to interact with groups and individuals at various levels. You have strong communication and presentation skills to prepare material and deliver user training. You have the ability to produce a variety of business documents that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of presentation. You have the ability to express oneself and communicate with others verbally; recognizing that verbal communication is more than just language it includes tone, style and structure.
  • You have strong requirements analysis skills. You have knowledge of activities, tasks, practices and deliverables associated with eliciting and clearly defining and documenting required business functionality as well as information requirements.
  • You have strong relationship management skills. You have the ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with clients, vendors and peers.
  • You have strong problem solving skills. You have knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems.
  • You have strong decision making and critical thinking skills. You have knowledge of tools and techniques for effective use of a broad range of factors, assumptions, frameworks and perspectives when solving problems.
