Marswell Metal Industries consists of 3 divisions including MarShield Radiation Shielding, Mars Metal Company and MarsKeel. For over 40 years we have been servicing the nuclear energy, nuclear medicine, healthcare, non-destructive testing, material handling, elevator, marine and other industries throughout North America and beyond.

Duties:

Coordination and processing of entire sales reporting activities:

Monitoring shipping schedules and progress to meeting required delivery dates:

Provide quote and estimating support to all salesmen as required:

Provide logistics administration support:

Other tasks and duties as required

Qualifications:

Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills:

Competent math skills with the ability to calculate volumes and weights:

Ability to work in high-pressure, time-constrained situations:

Ability to read and understand technical documentation:

Knowledge of estimating and logistics / shipping procedures:

Experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably the metal industry:

A college diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years experience in a similar role

Salary:

$45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
