We are growing Our parts department offers our customers a wide variety of parts for all makes and models whether it is a tractor, truck or implement.

The Parts Technician performs a variety of duties including excellent customer service, sourcing parts, in store promoting and stocking duties related to the receiving and sale of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the Parts Department.

The Parts Technician maintains a respectful demeanor while working with the team and with our customers.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Sell products and/or services to repair the problem and meet the customers need.
• Liaison with other suppliers to source parts.
• Provide service technicians with parts as needed.
• Assist with merchandising displays.
• Record all sales and/or customer transactions that occur.
• Assist with keeping the parts department clean and orderly.
• Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures of the dealership.
• Attend training as required by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.
• Use dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
• Perform other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Great communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to interpret customer needs, product knowledge.
• Organizational skills.
• Computer skills.
• Valid class "G" licence.
• Fork truck operator's certifications, training available.

Type

• Full time, permanent

Hours of Work

• Monday to Friday 8am5pm or Monday to Friday 7am4pm
• Every other Saturday 8am12pm
• Overtime during busy season (April-June)

Salary

• From $45,000 year, based on experience.
