Senior Software Verification Engineer - Longueuil, QC, Canada - H55
Description
As the technological spin-off of Solar Impulse, the first electric airplane to fly around the world, the mission of H55, is to make aviation clean, safe, and affordable.The company's strengths and competencies lie in developing propulsion and energy storage solutions which are modular, lightweight, and certifiable.
H55 is comforting its position as a major enabler in the electric aviation market by having integrated and flown 4 electric airplanes, having gained various Canadian customers and the recent announcement of a new facility in Longueuil. In the frame of its product development (Electric Propulsion System and Modular Battery Pack), H55 is searching for a Senior Software Verification engineer.
Within a multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for leading the testing activities to meet the required needs, safety and reliability objectives.
You will report directly to the Software Team Le ader.
Softwaretest cases and test procedures creation
Establishing and maintaining the test environment
Manage all data under your responsibility according to our DO-178 development methodologies and configuration management rules.
Experience in requirement based software testing:
Experience in following languages : Python, C,
~ Experience in writing and maintaining software processes
~4-10 years of professional experience in aerospace industry
~ Demonstrated ability to follow through and bring projects to completion
~ Fluency in English and French (oral and written)

H55 consolide sa position de facilitateur majeur dans le marché de l'aviation électrique en ayant intégré et fait voler 4 avions électriques, en ayant gagné plusieurs clients canadiens et en annonçant récemment la construction d'une nouvelle installation à Longueuil.
Dans le cadre du développement de ses produits (Système de propulsion électrique et Pack batterie modulaire), H55 est à la recherche d'un ingénieur senior en vérification du logiciel.
Au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire, vous serez chargé(e) de diriger les activités de test afin de répondre aux besoins requis et d'atteindre les objectifs en matière de sécurité et de fiabilité. Vous serez directement rattaché(e) au chef d'équipe logiciel.
Création des cas de test du logiciel et des procédures de test
Mise en place et maintenance de l'environnement de test
Gérer toutes les données sous votre responsabilité conformément à nos méthodologies de développement DO-178 et aux règles de gestion de la configuration.
Expérience dans les tests de logiciels basés sur les exigences :
~ Expérience dans les langages suivants : Python, C,
~ Expérience dans l'écriture et la maintenance de processus logiciels
~Capacité démontrée à suivre et à mener des projets à leur terme
~ Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (oral et écrit).
~ Ce poste peut nécessiter de rares déplacements vers notre siège social en Suisse.
