Summary
The Class 1 Driver is primarily responsible for safely driving a commercial vehicle and requires compliance with safety & DOT Regulations, continuous training and customer service


Wage:
$29.85 per hour, weekly pay.


Work Type:
Full-time, Permanent


Shifts Hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday,

Dispatch time varies 16:30 - 19:00

Overtime will be paid after 10 hours per day or 50 hours a week.

Responsibilities:


  • Safely driving a commercial vehicle to do the delivery in Calgary or the surrounding areas.
  • Delivering pizza products into stores, by hand bombing and dolly cart.
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines.
  • Detecting and eliminating or minimizing safety hazards Maintaining accurate records and logs.

Qualifications:


  • One (1) year or more experience in a driving position.
  • Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
  • Able to drive Manual Transmission truck.
  • Able to do hand bombing.
  • Highly thorough and dependable.
  • Punctuality and good attendance record.
  • Work using health and safety methods.
  • Detail oriented with excellent followup practices.
  • Performs work independently with mínimal supervision.
