Location: 701 Main Street, Holdfast, SK, S0G 2H0

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Starting Date: Immediate

Salary: $27.00 per hour, 35 hours per week

Education: High school graduation certificate

Experience: 1-2 years

Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Requisition food and kitchen supplies
Supervise and co-ordinate food preparation staff
Train staff in job duties and safety procedures
Estimate ingredient and supplies needed
Ensure quality control standards are met
Address customer concerns
Maintain records
Prepare reports and food order summaries
Supervise tray assembly

5-10 staff members
Staff across different areas
