We are currently searching for an energetic
Painter to join our St. John's maintenance team for a 6 month term.

T
his position would entail mostly painting with some general maintenance responsibilities. If you are a team player with proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment this may be the opportunity for you.

What you will do:

Exterior/interior residential painting;
Sanding and preparing surfaces for painting;
Plastering, crackfilling, drywall installation;
General maintenance;
Maintain work area in a clean organized manner;
Ensure health & safety and environmental compliance in all activities;
Be able to complete projects in a timely manner;
Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:

12 years' experience in similar role;
Attention to detail;
Ability to work as a team, and also under mínimal supervision;
Effective, proven skills and experience;
Ability to refinish hardwood flooring would be an asset;
Must have own vehicle.
