We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.

The Team:

With a presence in over 30 countries and supporting more than 30,000 employees globally, our work has real scale and influence. We're passionate about building an environment that amplifies purpose, passion, and play in every aspect of the employee experience. We value meaningful work, personalized career growth, and the opportunity to shape a world-class People & Culture organization.

  • People Systems: Create integrated systems and processes that are intuitive and effective, and that yield actionable insights, designed with our people at the center
  • Operational Excellence: Execute with excellence, fostering a culture of collaboration while empowering our people

  • Provide guidance on workplace investigations, performance issues, accommodations, and conflict resolution.
  • Champion employee experience, engagement, and well-being, aligned with both enterprise and Québec-specific expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with Québec labor laws and regulations, including employment standards, occupational health and safety, pay equity, harassment prevention, and termination of employment.
  • Lead compliance with the Act to Promote Workforce Skills Development and Recognition (Bill 90).
  • Ensure alignment with OQLF requirements and the Charter of the French Language, including communications, policies, signage, and francization obligations.
  • Manage relationships with Québec government agencies (e.g., CNESST, OQLF).
  • Oversee Québec-specific HR administration, including onboarding aligned with the local labor market.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant administration of group insurance and employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance on Canadian and Québec work permits and immigration requirements.
  • Adapt, draft, and maintain local HR policies to meet legal and business needs.

Site Leadership

  • Serve as the P&C site lead in Montréal, representing P&C in site leadership forums.
  • Partner closely with global P&C teams to align enterprise strategies with local execution.
  • Lead or coordinate site-based P&C initiatives and vendor relationships as required.
