Areas of Responsibility:


  • Provide the highest level of service to our clients
  • Ensure customers get accurate answers efficiently regarding product availability, delivery, pricing
  • Complete order by contacting Sales Rep and/or customer to clarify specifications, to convey order status, or to obtain authorization to proceed
  • Liaise between multiple offices following up on quotes, orders and shipments
  • Liaise between warehouses to follow up on stock
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required
  • Maintain quality service by adhering to policies, procedures and standards
  • All other duties assigned by management as required
  • Proven track record of quotes and order entry
  • 2+ years' experience in similar role
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be people oriented
  • Must have entrepreneurial skills
  • Must be results oriented

Salary:
$40,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
