• Monday to Friday
• Rotating Saturdays

• A dedicated individual looking for longterm employment and who is committed to working reliably 40 to 44 hours/week
• An individual with knowledge of automotive aftermarket parts, cataloging systems and/or sales/repair/service experience

As an automotive counterperson the individual will be required to provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone using their own automotive knowledge, the company systems and parts catalogs.

• Provide quality customer service and assist customer inquiries both inperson and over the phone using own automotive knowledge, company systems and parts catalogs
• Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner
• Make followup calls to customers as necessary
• Other reasonable duties as assigned by the management team

• Aftermarket automotive parts knowledge/experience required
• Customer Service experience
• Basic computer skills (e.g. ability to use Outlook, online database and webbased training)
